We meet with each client to discuss their physical and social needs and then our care consultants will design a personalized plan to provide quality care with a high level of social interaction. We believe that even though a person my have limitations, they can still enjoy a rich and active life.
CompanionCare Services has licensed consultants in nursing, social work, physical therapy and elder care home design. Often we will work with our client's current caregivers such as private duty nurses and therapists to integrate care where possible and maximize the benefits of companion care to our clients.
Our Personal CompanionCare Services include:
meal planning and preparation
transportation and escort to doctor appointments, grocery store, library, pharmacy, etc.
personal care such as dressing or bathing
safety and home security assessment
medication reminders
coordination of medical and other service delivery
simple home maintanence and repairs
light housekeeping
